Advanced Parts: Pricing Strategies
The Pricing Strategies workshop provides the best proactive path for improved management, leadership, and enhanced internal communications. Participants will experience instructor-led interactive discussion, department analysis tools, and some virtual lecture. Each Participant will be encouraged to develop plans which will provide a roadmap for improvement that is individualized for each rooftop.
We’ll teach the skills to identify, discover, and develop pricing strategies and pricing structure to enhance gross profit percentage and gross profit dollars.
Recommended for Parts Managers, Assistant Parts Managers, Fixed Ops Directors.

Requirements: Basic parts department management training or experience
Basic Karmak Fusion operation knowledge.
