Allen Phibbs returns to KEA Advisors as Director of Education and Industry Relations. He brings expertise in Operations Management and Education, Leadership Development and Transition Planning. He is also an Executive Director with The John Maxwell Team certified to independently facilitate, speak, train and coach individuals and groups in the areas of leadership development, professional skills and personal growth Allen is a licensed CPA in Virginia, having practiced Public Accounting with both regional and national CPA firms and has over 20 years of dealership management, advisory and education experience.

Allen is a college basketball fanatic, rooting for the University of Virginia Cavaliers. He and his wife enjoy gardening and dining out and winery excursions with their friends. They are also excited about their growing family with the addition of 2 Daughter-in-Laws this year.
