Put together your own peer group to share ideas, best practices and support other dealers in the industry. KEA will facilitate with clinics, conferences, and ongoing support. Included is KEA Analytics, remote support, and special pricing for customized KEA projects at your dealership.
Monthly financial analysis for each reporting location. KEA reviews performance data and data integrity/accuracy. The “At A Glance” group comparison document will be prepared within three working days of the last day of the month for data to be reported.
Monthly 30-minute virtual meeting for each participant that has submitted data sheets for the monthly reporting in the time required. We’ll review performance, answer questions, identify areas of concern.
Monthly subject matter virtual meeting for entire peer group. KEA will provide a rolling 6 month calendar of subject matter meetings (subject matter will be decided by peer group leadership and KEA)
Twice per year presentation/review at off-site peer group meeting (KEA will attend for one day per meeting)
Annual service manager meeting (separate from group off-site meeting) – one day focused topic
Annual parts manager meeting (separate from group off-site meeting) – one day focused topic
Optional per peer group member: Individual member on-site performance review – KEA professional advisor will spend one day at the member dealership to review performance, lead management meeting, address subject matter at discretion of the member.
