On occasion, travel arrangements get a kink in them. Sometimes it is at the request of the client and sometimes it is because we need to internally adjust our schedules. We have not been tracking these changes, the fees associated with the changes and the credits from these changes.
Starting now we are going to get a lot better at this.

Basics of the process:
Purchase your flight as usual.
Email email@example.com your confirmation which includes flight info as well as cost. Also include the client and project associated with the flight.
If changes are made to your flight after booking, assess any fees associated with the changes and email new flight info to firstname.lastname@example.org and let Kent know so he can bill the client if necessary.
Always use available credits when booking a new flight.
