We utilize Dropbox to save, organize and share files not only internally but with our clients. It is a file hosting service that offers cloud storage as well as the ability to sync directly to your computer. Dropbox offers a great tutorial that can be found here. We have also written up some basic guidelines to follow when using Dropbox including folder structure and sharing files.
