KEA Advisors is presenting a four-day virtual course dedicated to Service Department education and Leadership training for CDK users.

 

The outcomes of participating in this course are:

  • Assess current service department performance
  • Learn the fundamentals of service department management: gap analysis, operations performance calculations, CDK reports to monitor performance
  • Identify opportunities from a gap analysis
  • Gain Leadership awareness and development (includes individual DISC Behavior Preference Assessment)
  • Identify their most important goal, and create an action plan for achievement
  • Leadership methods that drive change and manage your department culture
  • Better information to make better decisions

  • Eight sessions
  • January 10th - 13th, 2022
  • 10am – 12pm CT and 2pm – 4pm CT daily
