This includes a focus on improving the daily activities and inventory setups (CDK and vendor managed inventory) needed to enhance inventory performance. This course provides a best proactive path for improved inventory management, leadership, and internal communications
The Mastering Parts Inventory Processes course will take a deep dive into the specific tools and methods of strengthening inventory and demand accuracy as well as aligning the general ledger and physical inventory values.

Requirements:
- Basic parts department management training or experience
- Basic CDK operation knowledge
Schedule:
- Eight sessions
- April 12th, 14th, 26th & 28th, 2022
- 10am – 12pm CT and 2pm – 4pm CT daily
