Best Practices: Utilizing Decisiv To Support Your Service SOP

This course will teach you how to take your Decisiv skills to the next level by doing the little things that make a huge impact:

 

Your instructor, Tom Palenchar will guide you through the following:

 

  • Integrating Decisiv into your service operations process (SOP)
  • Building structure in your DMS and Decisiv for seamless integration
  • Improving internal and external (customer) communications
  • Using Vision to run your shop
  • Using Insite reporting to develop your team with Decisiv integration

 

Course dates:

 

May 2nd, 4th, 16th and 18th.

Two sessions daily 10am CT- 12pm CT & 2pm CT-4pm CT

 

Pre-requisites:

  • some familiarity with Decisiv (PACCAR Solutions/Assist/Isuzu Connect/Hino Case Management, etc.)
  • Some familiarity with your DMS (CDK, Karmak, Procede, etc.)
  • Some familiarity with your processes (SOPs - Standard Operating Process)
  • Documented Service SOP and Parts SOP
