Our Professional Advisor will travel to dealerships in North America to perform KEA assessments, discoveries, and interventions, to analyze department/dealership data and assist in making changes to optimize their Dealer Management System and/or operations. They will service the dealership as an account manager and advisor, and develop an ongoing and growing relationship with the dealership.
The ideal candidate has service and/or parts department experience, and a passion for leadership and self-improvement.
The ideal candidate has commercial truck dealership fixed operations experience, is self-guided, organized, responsive, extroverted and solution-oriented. The ideal candidate is willing to travel, is personable and professional, while also being knowledgeable and comfortable with truck dealership/departments operations. This is a long-term career with significant growth possibilities.
Dealership experience is a must, and the candidate must show an aptitude for computer software systems including dealership DMS systems and dealership processes.
• 15+ Years commercial truck dealership and/or manufacturer experience
• Articulate, and able to maintain a professional appearance/attitude at all times
• Previous record of success and excellent employment references
• The ability to thrive under pressure and maintain a positive problem-solving attitude
• Overnight travel is required (60-80%)
